Hi.

Thanks for stopping by! Let's get sweaty and figure out this whole parenting thing together!

Jordyn’s world continues to get bigger.

Jordyn survived (or rather mom and dad) her first long car ride. It wasn’t as bad as we anticipated she mostly slept and when she wasn’t sleeping I was in the middle of her and Dylan so we could play.

While in Jacksonville she got to meet her great grandparents (yay vaccines) and my sister and family FINALLY. It took her a little time to warm up, but by the end of the weekend it was great. She also got to hang out with a dog. It was very cool, until he kissed her.

I’m also declaring that the slumber pod is the best thing I’ve ever purchased. I am not concerned about naps/sleep while traveling now.

Jordyn can now roll from front to back and back to front, BUT won’t roll from front to back unless in her bed. Mostly because the floors are really hard and she doesnt like smacking her head on them. (Who does?)

Oh and she found her feet! They are very fun to play with. Blowing raspberries is a favorite past time and sticking out her tongue is a hilarious game.

She started saying “b” and “d” and a little “f.”

Finally, I think we’ve found a lovey. I got a caterpillar this past week, and She started taking to it immediately. The first night I stuffed it in the corner of her bed and in the morning she was curled up next to it. It was super cute.

Here I am loving on my caterpillar
