Color Explosion

Sundays have become “Science Experiment Sunday.” The most recent experiment was another “what do I have in my pantry” one. 

In real terms — it’s Color Explosion. We took food coloring, a few plastic containers, vinegar and baking soda.  

The result was “dancing colors” as Dylan called it. A messy good time.  I recommend doing it outside so that you can just hose off the area. 

The best thing about this one is that there isn't really any "correct" measurements. You need enough baking soda and vinegar to make it fizz, but you can eye that ratio.
